Korean War Vet Memorial Visit
On Oct. 31st, Charles Comstock of Ft. Wayne, Indiana made a pilgrimage to the Korean War Memorial to pay tribute to the men and women he served with during the 1950’s war. Apextech LLC, in conjunction with the Never Too Late Foundation covered the travel expenses, meals and accommodations for the 77-year old war vet. Accompanied by his son, Mr. Comstock visited the memorial over a three-day period. It was his first visit to the memorial and was the one “wish” he requested via the NTLF.
The Never Too Late Foundation is an organization that is dedicated to granting the wishes of elderly and/or terminally ill individuals throughout the U.S. Along with Mr. Robert Haverstick, the NTLF’s founder and coordinator, the Apextech LLC team was happy to be a part of this wish and looks forward to assisting the NTLF in the future!
National Breast Cancer Foundation
Apextech LLC has recently provided matching funds to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Its mission is to save lives by increasing awareness of breast cancer through education and by providing mammograms for those in need. Since its inception, NBCF has played a vital role in helping tens of thousands of women through educational programs and free mammograms. Our support of this program highlights the awareness of and importance we place on fighting this dreaded disease.
Volunteers of America
Apextech LLC is also a proud sponsor of the Volunteers of America, a non-profit, faith-based organization helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. Founded in 1896 and now in its second century of service, Volunteers of America is one of the nation's largest and most comprehensive human services organizations, touching the lives of more than 2 million people in communities across the United States.
